Who's behind it

Thrive X is an Italian company that trains people on the AI their organisation has already chosen. We work department by department, in quarterly cycles, and measure what changes with Parallel Manager, our own platform.

We work with independent Microsoft experts, each deep in one part of the suite: Copilot and agents, governance, data, automation, adoption. When a programme or a project comes in, we bring in the people it needs.

How we work

  • Built around each department

    Legal, sales and operations use Copilot in different ways. Each programme is shaped around the people in the room, and so is the choice of who leads it.

  • In quarterly cycles

    The tools change every few months. We come back each quarter to cover what's new and to see what people actually use.

  • Inside the tools people already use

    Teams, Outlook, Word, the apps people open every morning. Nobody has to remember a new portal.

Why this platform exists

Every programme asks for a different mix: one needs a Copilot Studio specialist, the next someone who knows Purview inside out. While the pool is small, putting a team together means remembering who you know, and that stops working as the pool grows.

This platform is the map. Every expert who joins tells us what they can do, area by area, and from then on we find people by skill instead of by memory.

It is also how we find you: when a programme needs your skills, your name comes up.
